# Update thread labels

Add or remove thread labels. Quarantine cannot be changed by agents.

`PATCH /v1/inboxes/{inboxId}/threads/{threadId}/labels`

Requires scope `messages:write`. MCP tool `update_thread_labels`. CLI `goshenemail threads labels`.
